Can I use my HSA/FSA?

Yes, you can. Simply pay for your breast pump and accessories using your FSA/HSA debit card at checkout, or pay with another credit card and submit your receipt to your plan administrator for reimbursement.

What sizes are available?

The right size is key for maximizing comfort and output. Willow offers flanges and containers in size 21mm, 24mm, and 27mm. If you measure smaller than 21mm, we offer Sizing Inserts in sizes 15mm, 17mm, 19mm that snap into our 24mm Flanges and Containers. We strongly recommend measuring yourself to determine your Willow size as it might be different from other pumps you’ve used. Unsure of your size? How do I clean the containers?

After every use, you can wash by hand or pop the parts in the dishwasher, top rack only.

Can I put the Container in the fridge or freezer between pumping sessions to avoid cleaning?

It’s important to wash breast pumping parts after every session to avoid the growth of bacteria. If you’d like to read more on this, the La Leche League has more information about cleaning pumping parts and accessories. We also suggest you do not store your Container in the fridge or the freezer. This can lead to decreased performance for the Container.

    So disappointed. I want to love this.

    Too much lost milk! Devastating at 2am when you are exhausted, desperate to produce enough for your baby to be full, you look down at the app and see a good number of ounces recorded but then look at your containers and see if empty! Either it spilled and the precious milk is all over you, your clothes and the floor - or the app lied and showed ounces that were only air because for some reason the 85th time you put this stupid pump on your breast it still didn’t “latch”?!

    Too many malfunctions and inconsistencies.

    Love Hate Relationship

    The bags would be great if they weren’t so expensive so containers was my choice… flip to finish wasn’t on the packaging so I was very frustrated thinking this can’t be right why is it so messy at first - I think they are very hard to clean even with the willow brushes - seems to allow air in but only sometimes and leads to inaccurate measurements (I’ve tried troubleshooting this) - lastly despite cleaning and drying after every use I just noticed mold growing on the seals after only about 1.5 of use which is pretty disappointing… (either going to have to purchase a replacement or opt for expensive bags) - love the idea and wearability of the Willow though and realizability of the containers
